Hi, I’m Vivian
I fell in love with hospitality when I was 17 years old, working as an intern at an international hotel in Hong Kong. Oh, and I loved Greek mythology when I was a young girl. When I was thinking about the perfect brand to represent my homes, Hestia was the perfect fit!
I started my first furnished rental using the traditional online travel booking websites back in 2019 but my business was interrupted abruptly when the pandemic shocked the world in March of 2020.
I was lucky enough to transition my business into a mid term rental catering to families relocating into the area, folks in transition with their homes (either building a new home, dealing with an insurance claim, remodeling) or business travelers. Having success keeping my homes at greater than 90% occupancy, I decided to share my network and success with others by creating a dedicated mid term rental booking platform. Our hosts prioritize the mid term model and do their best to have open calendars so that longer booking are possible. We are trying to eliminate the spotty calendars where it’s hard to find completely open calendars.
What excites me is that I am providing exceptional hosts with gorgeous properties, a place to market their mid term rental homes directly with the guest, insurance relocation companies and global relocation firms.
