Walk to restaurants, enjoy the large yard, and get to work in a private office space. This spacious 1600-square-foot home has plenty of room for you, your family, or your furry friend!
30 minutes from Austin, 10 to Round Rock, 8 minutes to a swim at Blue Hole Park, and 3 miles from the main square, where with delicious wines.
The rooms are all very spacious and private. All the bedrooms are on one side of the house, and the office, kitchen, and main living space are on the other. I love the private office space because you can focus on getting work done away from distractions. It also has a great view from the desk into the large yard. None of the bedrooms are cluttered or tiny, and our professional decorator makes every space inviting. We also purchase all new furniture and spare no expense, so you really get a terrific value.
The home is easily accessible. It is easy to find and parking is available in the driveway, garage, or on the street. You can use the two-car garage and enter from there as well.
You can walk to Dominos Pizza, restaurants, nails, dry cleaners, and massage! It is close to the main square in a quiet neighborhood.
You will want a car or bicycle
One of the things I love most about this home is the location. Not only is it a few miles from the town square and Blue Hole Park, but it is within walking distance to restaurants, nail salon and massage place. I like having amenities I can access so near by. It is a very quiet area.
