7 miles, a quick 12-minute ride to the Legacy business center.
8 miles, an easy 13-minute drive to the north Dallas business center.
22 miles, a 29-minute trip to downtown Dallas, 10 Miles to the Star in Frisco The Dallas Cowboys world headquarters.
Remember, this is someone’s home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care, as others have done before you.
If you encounter any issues, I’ll act promptly, though I’m not on-site 24/7.
For minor concerns, I’ll arrange maintenance after your departure, not during your stay.
Guests must be 25+ (kids with parents are welcome). Max 4 people; please provide an accurate count.
There’s a camera above the front door for safety. Please don’t touch it.
No early check-in or late checkout; a $50 charge applies per event.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for things like weather, power outages, or other uncontrollable events.

The swimming pool Hours of operation are 7:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week
Persons swim at their own risk.
No one under the age of sixteen (16) is permitted in the pool area without an adult.
The host of the condo is relieved of all liability for accidents, personal injury or lost articles.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of Residents and their guests.
Gates to the pool area must be kept closed at all times.
Pets of any kind are not permitted in the pool area.
Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
No alcohol permitted in the pool area.
No roughhousing, running, or obscene language.
Music volume must be kept to a minimum.
All pool users must dispose of all their trash, drink containers and all personal belongings before leaving the pool area.
Anyone in the pool after hours of operation is trespassing.
Trespassing is a Class B misdemeanor under the State of Texas penal code, title 7, chapter 30, section 30.05 criminal trespass. Violators will be prosecuted.
The clubhouse will remain closed and locked at all times.
