Located just a quick 10-min drive from Barton Springs & Zilker you’ll have easy access to Austin’s iconic attractions.
There are numerous of popular local restaurants just a few minutes away, whether you choose to drive or hop on a scooter.
3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. There is a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and full bedroom which has a designated workspace in it. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for 4 and bar seating for an additional 2. The living area includes seating for 6+ people, equipped with a smart TV and games for family/ friends. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A starter amount of all essentials such as laundry detergent, coffee, cleaning supplies, are included in the monthly rental!
You will be provided a unique code prior to check in.
I am a local Austinite and live nearby and will be available for any of your questions/ needs.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of free street parking as well. Located just a few minutes from South Lamar, many people drive or scooter around to get to all of the nearby Austin attractions in a few minutes!
We’d love to host your furry friends! However there is a $200 pet fee + refundable deposit for each pet.
Additionally, a photo ID, and short occupant form will be required before move in instructions will be shared.
