The entire property is equipped with modern amenities and a bi-weekly house cleaning service is provided. We kindly request no animals due to severe homeowner allergies.

HOUSE RULES: We do not allow parties or smoking of any kind on our property, inside or outside, or animals of any kind. The homeowners and children are highly allergic, we appreciate your cooperation.
CLEANINGS: We require bi-weekly cleanings. We will reach out to you through the Airbnb account to schedule the cleanings around your schedule.
YARD WORK: Our yard is mowed as needed throughout the year as our grass does not grow super tall. If you feel the yard needs trimmed, please let us know and we will schedule a mow.
PARKING: DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and garage. Do not park on the street or block any neighbors. There is an RV hookup on the side of the house if you brought an RV.
CAMERAS: There are ring cameras located above the garage and over the backyard.
GAME ROOM & YARD TOYS: All children require supervision while playing. Some of these toys have been in the family for years, handle with care.
TRASH: Trash pickup is Wednesday mornings. Trash must be at the end of the driveway every Tuesday evening and brought back to the top of the driveway on Wednesdays. Recycling is picked up every other week. Do not leave trash littered in or outside of the home. We appreciate your help!
