You’ll appreciate the added security of the automatic fire sprinkler system installed in the home’s interior, and two exterior security cameras at the front and back doors. Your personal door access code to the smart locks will be provided prior to your arrival (don’t worry about what time you arrive). You will have access to the entire space.

We welcome individuals and families with pets. Maximum 2 dogs or cats, No Exotic Pets. We enjoy hosting guests with pets but we must be informed of the pet(s) in advance of the Guest’s stay, and to approve the pet stay. Host has the ability to deny a pet’s stay based on information provided by Guest. When Host provides approval for Guest’s pet(s) stay, Host will charge the pet fee of $150 for the stay. Host must collect this pet fee from the Guest in order for the pet(s) to be allowed to stay. If Guest does not disclose he/she is bringing a pet to stay and Host learns of the pet(s) staying at the property, the Host has the right to deny the stay, and cancel the Guest’s stay without refund. If Host allows Guest’s pet(s) to stay, Guest must immediately pay the pet stay fee of $150 per pet, or Guest’s stay will be terminated.
