I use two rooms for my office and bedroom, and the third as the Airbnb guest room. Both a dog and a cat live here, so please be aware of that in case you have allergies or prefer no pets. I am a bit of an "introverted extrovert". Happy to socialize with my guests if I am available and free, but otherwise I am happy to leave you alone and let you do your thing. This is an incredibly safe neighborhood (slightly eclectic, as we do not live in an HOA). Most of my neighbors are either young couples or retired individuals. Just tucked away near the intersection of William Cannon Dr and Menchaca (pronounced "Men Check"). Everything you need is within walking distance! However, Lyft and Uber are also readily available as well. I have an exciteable dog who has been known to jump and occasionally "play nip". Normally this is not a big deal for adults, however because of her nature she may not be the best around small children. I advise no children under the age of six for that reason. Also, please be aware that a dog and a cat live here. Do not stay here if you are allergic to them, or otherwise prefer a pet-free stay.
