This home is in a HOA community and requires a little extra attention while staying here!
Parking: Please use the garage and driveway. Only cars, trucks, and SUV’s. No oversized vehicles or trailers of any kind are allowed by the HOA. If you/your guests need to park on the street: please do not block mailboxes or driveways. Park entirely on the street. HOA does not allow part on the street and part on the sidewalk.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the property. Only smoke in the designated area on the back porch and dispose of butts in the provided container, then remove them before checkout.
Damages: Report any accidental damage or stains on furniture immediately so we can address after your checkout. Instead of requiring a high dollar refundable deposit, Rent It Like A Saint collects a $39 non refundable damage waiver fee per reservation per month.
Garage: The garage is to always remain closed (except when not entering and exiting). Cameras are in place inside and outside the garage to monitor the exterior of the home.
Pets: No pets are allowed on the property at any time, including pet visitors.
Monitoring: We monitor the unit for everyone's safety using decibel sensors, smart doorbells, and sensors to detect tobacco and marijuana, including vaping.
Safety: Wifi must remain on for safety and security. Please do not disconnect it during your stay. A $250 reconnect fee applies if disconnected.
Expectations: We strive to provide the best amenities and comfort. These rules help keep everything in top condition (and the HOA happy). We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
