*Well-behaved and house broken dogs are welcome, up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee ($200 per pet); breed restrictions apply. Unfortunately, we cannot host cats. Please disclose if you have a pet or service animal ahead of your stay.
You will have access to the entire home including indoor and outdoor spaces, laundry area, and on site driveway & covered parking.
For the safety of our home and our guests, there is a doorbell camera & side patio camera that record video and audio footage.
We provide a starter pack of essentials (several rolls of TP, paper towels, shampoos, etc) that should last you 2-4 weeks. Once the supplies are finished, it is the guest’s responsibility to restock for the duration of their stay.

Please note that violation of the house rules can result in added fees, or in serious cases, removal from the property.
1. Most of our neighbors are permanent residents of the community, so we must be respectful of their homes. Please abide by the neighborhood quiet hours (10pm- 7am).
2. Parties and events are not allowed. If an unauthorized party is had, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $250, the reservation will be cancelled and all guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
3. Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed inside the house, but can be done in designated outdoor areas.
4. We try our best to prevent bugs from entering the home by having regular pest control services; however, we cannot guarantee that you won’t see a critter or two after a heavy rain or during extreme temperatures. In Texas, this is extremely common and seasonal. If you come across any bugs during your stay, we will offer to send pest control ASAP for your peace of mind, but unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for bugs found in or around the home.
5. No unregistered guests are allowed.
6. No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
7. Please be mindful of your pets. They are not used to the exciting new environment, so they may behave differently than they do at home.
8. Please clean up after your pet.
9. Please do not cook any food with strong odors. Food odors are incredibly difficult to remove from the home and may be offensive to future guests.
10. Please treat the home and furnishings with respect. Of course, accidents happen, so we appreciate you letting us know if anything is broken or needs to be replaced.
