With five bedrooms, this exquisite home has plenty of room and relaxation for 10 guests. Boasting comfortable mattresses, pillows, beddings, and lovely decor, the bedrooms are havens for long nights of blissful sleep.

2nd Floor:
The Master bedroom features a King bed and newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with large shower, large closet space with vanity, plenty of space to move about, and large windows with views of the city.

The Sage bedroom down the hall boasts a Queen bed and plenty of closet space, and balcony overlooking the patio, with a bathroom just down the hall with bathtub and separate shower.

First Floor:
The Blue Room has a large daybed that converts into a Queen Size bed and fireplace, includes a desk, and access to the patio.

The International Room has a couch that converts into a Full Size bed, includes a desk, and and adjacent full bathroom with tub and shower.

Prepare meals for your family in the fully-stocked chef’s kitchen. You’ll find a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blenders, toaster oven, and so much more for perfect group meals. We provide cooking basics as well as silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. There’s enough counter space to make meal preparation a breeze.

Once your meal is ready, choose our easy sit in breakfast nook or our formal dining area right next to the kitchen. The elegant dining table can easily seat 10 comfortably. The coffee cabinet is conveniently located in the breakfast nook so you can fix yourself a morning coffee.

The living room space is a large open plan and leads to the two seating areas where you can cozy up on the comfortable chairs or L-shaped sofa in front of the TV or next to the fireplace. Enjoy the natural light flooding through the stain glass windows and many windows. Enjoy a good book by the fireplace, set up a chess game, or to get some work done.

• NOISE: This is a home to enjoy relaxation and each other, not a party house. While our home is visually private, we do have neighbors and in residential neighborhoods voices carry, especially in the evening from our hilltop location. Our neighbors enjoy the peace and quiet of this neighborhood, please follow their example and keep outdoor noise and especially music at a low level. Per local ordinance all amplified music and noise after 10pm will not be tolerated by our community of neighbors (who are our friends). Unplug and unwind, bring the conversation inside.
