This home is managed by BOSH Property Management. All of our properties are fully furnished and your rate includes all utilities, washer and dryer sets, housewares, fenced-in private yards, attached garages, lawn care, and everything you need to feel at home.
BOSH Property Management has experience working with all of the major Insurance companies and most of the Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.

Before check-in, a Rental Contract will be provided, which will include rental details (such as the amounts owed for the City of Austin Hotel Occupancy Tax) and house rules (including those outlined below):
- Check-in 4 PM. Check-out 11 AM.
- No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or illegal substances allowed. $1000 Fine
- No parties or events allowed
- Must be 25 to rent property. No unregistered guests or pets are allowed.
- Registered pets under 20 lbs allowed. $200/pet non-refundable fee (max 2 pets)
- Please respect the noise curfew from 8 PM to 8 AM
- Please start the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
- Please empty the refrigerator and pantry, and remove all garbage & recyclables, and take them to the garbage and recycle bins outside
- Turn off all lights
- Set AC to 78°F at check-out
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit
