Our fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a double gas oven, stove, and plenty of counter space. We also have a dining area with seating for eight, so you can enjoy your meals together as a group.
Our home has three comfortable bedrooms, each with dressers, ample closet space, and comfy beds. The two bathrooms are bright and clean, with all the amenities you need to feel refreshed and ready for the day.
We have two lovely patios, one at the front and one at the back of the house, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Our backyard also has a grill, perfect for those warm summer nights when you want to cook up a delicious BBQ dinner.
Our home is conveniently located just a short distance from all of the great restaurants, bars, and attractions that Austin has to offer. We’re also just a few minutes away from Zilker Park, home to the famous Austin City Limits Music Festival and the beautiful Barton Springs Pool.

We stock enough essentials to get you started, including coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towel, and garbage bags. This may be enough for your stay, otherwise please take advantage of the quick Amazon deliveries, Instacart, or local shopping to top up with your favorite supplies!
No refunds or discounts will be offered due to circumstances beyond our control, including pests and animals, weather, utility or internet outages, incompatibility or malfunction.
Without prior approval, a $100 per hour late check out fee will apply if you do not vacate the premises at the assigned checkout time.
Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age, have a clear profile photo, Verified ID and a valid cell phone number on their profile, and must call in advance of arrival for the door code. A cell phone number of an alternate contact in the group must also be provided. Guests with few or no reviews must provide government-issued identification.
We must be informed immediately of any issue or problem so it can be resolved promptly.
Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Guests do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
The Guest is informed that the property is located in a natural environment. Environmental conditions such as high winds, sun, hail, and animals such as snakes and insects may occur during a stay. Suitable precautions must be taken by the Guest to protect themselves, the property, furnishings, and any personal effects.
Lease or rental agreement must be signed and returned by the guest prior to check-in.
