The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay. Make yourself at home.
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumable like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package our guest are expected to manage their own refills.
Pets: Well behaved dogs with non-refundable deposit $250 per pet per stay for 28 + day stays)
shorter stays are $55.00 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after you dog in the backyard. While we love dogs , we have breed restrictions: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: Rottweiler, pitbull, staffordshire terrier, doberman pinscher, akita, alaskan malamute, siberian husky, wolf breeds, chow chow, great dane, presa canarios, mastiff.

Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guest have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7.
For non emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
-All guest must be 25+except for children with parents.
-8 people max. We charge per guest: please have an accurate guest count.
-We have ring technology in place fo ryour protection in the front door only. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
-No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50.00 charge per event.
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters, power outages/acts of God /other things that are beyond our control.
-We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more for your extended stay.
