New Albany has many fun restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops. The gorgeous, brick public library is only 5 minutes away. The Philip Heit recreation center, New Albany Ballet company, tennis courts, and walking paths, are only a 3-minute drive.

Wellbeing Escapes also features a state-of-the-art water softener and reverse osmosis system ensuring the water is safe for consumption and use. No plastic water bottles are needed here!

MASTER BATHROOM:
Indulge in Spa Luxury: Unwind under the oversized waterfall shower and Aesop bath products in this serene master bath. Your new favorite retreat awaits!

QUEEN ROOM:
The Queen Room offers an exquisite blend of sophistication and comfort. Immerse yourselves in a cozy refined ambiance, adorned with dimmable sconce lights, tasteful artwork, 55″ ROKU Smart TV, a private workstation with a standing adjustable desk, and a pair of elegant retro mid-century modern nightstands.

TWIN ROOM:
Enjoy the comforts of this Twin Room as you immerse yourself in the calming, earthy palette and curl up in the exquisite linens on the luxury mattress and enjoy your favorite show on the 55″ ROKU Smart TV. You might never want to leave this oasis!

HALL BATHROOM:
After a full day, unwind in your personal spa with a luxurious deep soaking bath, tension-relieving bath salts, candles, and your favorite book or treat. This time is for you, enjoy it.

LAUNDRY AREA:
Decorated in a spacious and modern décor you’ll have everything in this space for your laundry needs. Free and Clear Laundry Detergent and dryer pads are provided for your convenience.

GYM:
Indulge in personal rejuvenation within the confines of this exquisite, contemporary gym with all the amenities to ensure your physical well-being remains paramount. Utilize the yoga and Pilates mat, resistance band, adjustable bend, full-length mirror, and ROKU Smart TV during your exercise time to create a full-body experience that fuels your wellbeing.

PATIO:
The outdoor sanctuary spans one lush acre, offering you an oasis of tranquility to lose yourself in a good book, reflect, or simply revel in the serenity of space. For a touch of adventure, the outdoor BBQ grill and firepit beckon – a canvas for outdoor games, marshmallow roasting, and stargazing in an untouched, harmonious environment.

GARAGE:
At this time, guests do not have access to the garage. The back door is only a few short steps to parking.

You’ll have full and private access to the entire home, patio and backyard during your stay. You may find pest control, or lawn care occasionally on the property keeping the area beautiful and pest free.

Guests will enter with keyless entry utilizing YALE locks. The code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. Entry is through the back door of the house. Drive to the end of the driveway. There are lights surrounding the home and motion lights in the back. You will enter through the back patio door.

YOUR WELLBEING IS IMPORTANT:
Our first priority during your Wellness Escape is your health, safety, and comfort. The home is equipped with a radon mitigation system, keeping levels well below EPA standards, and carbon monoxide and fire detectors.

THERMOSTAT: For your comfort, the home is equipped with an Amazon Smart Thermostat, that can be set to your comfort level, and blackout shades in the bedrooms to ensure privacy and a quality night’s rest.
