Please note that violation of the house rules can result in added fees, or in serious cases, removal from the property.
1. Most of our neighbors are permanent residents of the community, so we must be respectful of their homes. Please abide by the neighborhood quiet hours (10pm- 7am).
2. Parties and events are not allowed.
3. Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed inside the house, but can be done in designated outdoor areas.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
6. Please be mindful of your pets. They are not used to the exciting new environment, so they may behave differently than they do at home.
7. Please clean up after your pet.
8. Please do not cook any food with strong odors. Food odors are incredibly difficult to remove from the home and may be offensive to future guests.
9. Please treat the home and furnishings with respect. Of course, accidents happen, so we appreciate you letting us know if anything is broken or needs to be replaced.
