Brand new Swim spa that fits 10 people!
This beautiful house is a modern bungalow house. NO steps needed to go in the house. You have enough parking space for 3 medium-sized SUVs in the garage and 2 more on the street.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, TV and office space. It has its own bathroom with double sink, a shower, a tub.
There’s another bedroom with 2 queen beds, TV and its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have each a queen bed and share 1 bathroom. Everyone will have their own space to relax but also have common areas to be together.
For families bigger kids, we have a PS5, board games like sorry, uno, candyland, wordle and outdoor games like bocce, horse shoe and corn-hole. For the little kids, we have a pack-and-play, potable baby bathtub, high chair, kids books, and even kids utensils. We are an autism-friendly home, with double locks on all entrance/exit doors for your peace of mind and your kids’ safety. For our guests who need accessible bathrooms, we have grab bars in the bathroom (by the toilet and shower). A shower chair is also available.
If you’re going to the beach, we have picnic chairs, cooler, picnic mat, umbrella, and a wagon to carry all your stuff. Beach towels are provided too.
We have a fenced backyard and an outdoor grill and outside seating if you just want to hang out. Brand new swim spa for 10 people.

Our home is thoughtfully designed to be both autism-friendly and accessible, featuring sensory considerations like soft lighting and sound-dampening materials, alongside amenities such as grab bars, shower chairs, step-free access, and wide doorways. These features ensure comfort, safety, and inclusivity for all guests, providing a welcoming environment where everyone can feel at ease and enjoy their stay.
We offer a propane grill for your use. Grilling accessories such as a brush, tongs, and grill basket are provided, along with aluminum foil and plastic wrap for added convenience. Additionally, for your baking needs, we provide spatulas, measuring cups and spoons, a hand mixer, and a variety of baking pans.
