Welcome to Conroe Lakefront Cottage, with breathtaking WIDE OPEN views of Lake Conroe! While experiencing the ultimate in relaxation & resort style living, this haven offers everything you need for a peaceful time by the lake. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, or fish right off our dock. We provide it all! We even added an arcade game for your enjoyment. Our place can accommodate 11 guests, making it perfect for family/group getaways.

What’s really cool about our place? Our new video arcade game is just the beginning of this cool lakefront property!
The other cool things: an office on the first floor with a day bed and pull out bed. The office space provides a work station with desk, desk chair, and dual screens for all your home office work needs. A beautifully decorated loft is located on the second floor for extra accommodations, with a king bed, and twin bed. The guest bedroom on the 1st floor boasts two full beds. We also have a Pack N Play available if needed, in the guest closet. Closets are available to hang clothes in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Dressers are also available in every room. Smart TVs are available in every room with full cable, and all the major channels, using YouTube tv access, and Roku. Kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials. Three Kayaks, two Stand Up Paddle Boards, and Lily pad float are also available. The Lily pad should be requested three days in advance, so we can set it up. We also provide the following fishing equipment: net, fishing pole, and fish container. Life jackets available too!
Pellet grill, out door towels, ax throwing game, corn hole, and a huge lawn for games, (or other events)are also available.
*Propane for fire pit is available for $40 with a 3 day notice.

Whether you’re planning a romantic dinner, a fun night out with friends, or attending a concert at one of the fantastic lakeside restaurants, our Captain is ready to make your evening special. He will pick you up at our dock, take you to your chosen entertainment spot, wait for you to enjoy your event, and then bring you back to Conroe Lakefront Cottage. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!
We also offer lake tours and cruises for you and your guests. Picture yourself on a stunning sunset cruise, sipping your favorite beverage, and taking in some of the most breathtaking views in the world. *Please note: Reservations are required at the time of booking.

Guests have access to the Lily pad, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle boards, AND new video arcade games!
Guests have access to entire property, except 3 indoor closets, and two outdoor closets. Guess can enjoy the huge private dock for fishing, or lounging. Guests will also have access to our wrap around patio, BBQ pellet grill, private fire pit, nice size backyard, as well as the front fenced in covered patio. For a club fee, guests can also have access to our private, members only, full range of first-rate amenities. Golf, Tennis, Three pools, Hot tub, Live music, Entertainment, Gym, and Lakefront Dinning, are some of the many opportunities at the private club!

Welcome to your home away from home! We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so feel free to make the most of this cozy lakefront property as it’s your own. Kick up
your feet, unwind , and enjoy the serene surroundings. It’s a tranquil retreat for you to relax and create lasting memories.

Quiet and serene community. Security guards patrol neighborhood 24/7. Access into neighborhood is through security guard once put on the guest list. This is a Country Club community with golf, pools, and resort style amenities. It’s a nice, safe neighborhood for family walks or bike rides.

Two vehicles in designated parking under carport. Three more vehicles allowed across the parking lot in open space parking. If need additional parking, please check with host. Thank you!

*This property uses a property management software that requests a renters agreement along with a refundable incident deposit hold. The deposit hold is $375 and will be placed on hold 5 days prior to arrival and released within 72 hours after checkout.

*Due to lower water temperatures during the colder months, Lily pad is not available from October 20th through March 10th.

*Per POA regulations… trailers with boats or jet skis are not allowed to enter into the neighborhood to launch at our marina or store overnight. If you do decide to book with us and bring a boat or jet ski, I can assist with other arrangements in the area.

*On rare occasions, personnel may need brief access to boat or boat lift equipment on the dock during your stay. Guest will be notified prior to any personnel arriving.

*We hope you’re looking forward to enjoying our fire pit during your stay. To cover the cost of propane, there’s a $40 charge for one 20lb tank. Kindly provide a 2-day notice if you’d like us to arrange it; otherwise, feel free to bring your own 20lb tank or refill the current one at the property. Whichever is more convenient for you. Thank you!

*For the optimal enjoyment and preservation of our fire pit, kindly use only propane gas. Using wood or any other source will cause damage to the unit. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you!

*Minimum age to book is 21.

*Please note there is no gate between the yard and the lake. Young children should wear a life jacket at all times. We provide life jackets. Young children should also be highly supervised.

*Please be advised that there is a spiral staircase in the unit leading up to the loft, which may not be ideal for toddlers.

* By booking, you acknowledge that the homeowner and/or host will not assume liability for any accidents or injuries incurred during your stay.

*Being this is a lakefront property, there are lake bugs flying by the lights at night during warmer months. Please keep the sliding doors closed or use the screen doors at all times to prevent them from coming inside. We do not reimburse for early checkout due to any type of insects.
