Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a doorbell camera that records those entering the home and floodlight cameras at the driveway and back porch that record movement.
The garage is not part of the listing, though you may enter to use the laundry.
Check-In is 4:00pm
Check-out is 11:00am - $50 late check out fee for every 30 minutes after stay expires.
NO PETS! $500 fine for any unreported pets. Please reach out to ask about accommodations.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am
We do not allow any unverified guests.
No parties or events.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the garbage outside.
No street parking. Use the driveway, or the rocky section to the right of the driveway only.
As the property is on septic, DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER! THIS INCLUDES "FLUSHABLE" WIPES, AND FEMININE PRODUCTS. Additionally, do not dump grease down the kitchen sink. Sop up with paper towels, and throw away.
If using the fire pit, please do so with caution. Make sure it is completely put out after use. **Do not use if windy!**. Check local burn bans. Travis county will impose no less than $1000 fine for reported fires, which the guest will be responsible for.
Firewood can be purchased for $10 per bundle. Please reach out in advance to make arrangements.
Do not leave large shopping boxes, or event trash at the property.
Garbage pick-up is every Monday. We no longer recycle due to guests not using the correct receptacle. Please put all trash/recycle in any of the bins outside to the side of the garage.
Lawn care may be done during your stay.
We typically have back to back reservations, therefore cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out, and will not respond to such requests.
