A: We provide enough toiletries for a weekend. After that, we kindly ask guests to supply their own.

A: We have all commonly used kitchen utensils and supplies. Groceries are just 5 minutes away!

A: Yes, we have seasoned firewood available on-site for guests.

This private community centrally located in the heart of the Poconos boasts nature and incredible amenities.

As our guest, you can enjoy access to the lake for water sports, fishing or swimming. There is a beach, community center, playground, park area, basketball court, and tennis and pickle ball court.

Parking is available in our driveway. You can drive, walk, bike, skate and scooter around the neighborhood. No ATVs are allowed.

1.HOA Badges
Each guest must wear an HOA badge when using community amenities. Badges are required for all guests staying at the property and must be registered in advance. We cover the badge fee for our guests.

2.HOA Registration Deadlines
Tuesday to Thursday Check-ins: Register by noon the day before your arrival.
Friday to Monday Check-ins: Register by noon on the Thursday prior to your arrival.
Please note that same-day bookings cannot be accommodated. Registration requires the full names of all guests and the make, model, license plate, and driver information for all vehicles on the property.

3.Hot Tub Guidelines
Please shower before entering the hot tub and avoid wearing lotions or perfumes.
Do not add any substances to the hot tub water.
A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for any damage to the hot tub.
Users must adhere to all posted rules in the hot tub area and sign a waiver.
Please note that no refunds will be issued if the hot tub is out of service.

4.Murphy Bed
There is a Murphy bed in the dining room. When fully extended, it may slightly obscure the front door.

5.Noise Sensitivity
This listing is not suitable for guests who are highly sensitive to road noise.

6.Fireplace
Please note that the fireplace is not available for use.

7.Consumables
We provide a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for managing their own refills beyond this initial supply.
