Schlitterbahn: 12 min walk (0.6 mi)
Comal River Tube Chute: 20 min walk (1 mi)
Gruene Hall: 6 min drive (2.2 mi)
Landa Park: 4 min drive (1.1 mi)
Wurstfest: 5 min drive (1.3 mi)
Cowboy Pool/Deck – Cool off from the Texas Heat in our stock tank pool (installed June 2024).
Outdoor Kitchen – Enjoy the natural gas grill, outdoor beverage fridge, sink and 4 top table.
Outdoor Shower – with HOT and COLD water. Easy to wash off after a day tubing or at Schlitterbahn!
Outdoor Firepit – with seating for 8 people. Enjoy some s’mores around the fire pit to create lasting memories.
2 Bedrooms – Both bedrooms have 1 queen bed in them. They are side by side rooms with identical layouts. Can comfortably sleep 2.
1 Full Bathroom – Walk in Shower with 2 shower heads. With toilet & single vanity.
1 Half Bathroom – with toilet, single vanity, and stacked washer/dryer unit
Living Room – Has queen sized pull out sofa bed (linens & pillows available with advanced notice!)
Kitchen – Fully stocked kitchen ready for weekend getaways, quiet nights in, & holidays with family.
Upstairs Loft – Has 2 twin beds with light filtering smart glass film installed on the large windows for a better sleeping experience.
You’ll have access to the full property except for the exterior storage shed where we keep our personal items.
** IMPORTANT**
There are train tracks 2 lots over from the property. The train runs occasionally. We have foam insulated all exterior walls, double paned windows, a sound machine in each room and ear plugs available to you. We are near the historic district which is a “QUIET ZONE” meaning the train is not allowed to blow its horn and it cannot pass during the night!**FULLY REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT ($300) & SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING**
