The entire home is for you to enjoy including the 2 car garage and access to the full sized washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced and private. One closet is locked and reserved for supplies. Guests will receive a door code after booking is complete.

This is a lovely quiet residential neighborhood.
No public transit nearby, vehicles are required.
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.

Guests booking must be at least 25 years old, in line with local regulations and HOA rules. If you’re under 25, you’re welcome to stay as long as a parent or legal guardian accompanies you for the entire trip.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
For your stay, we’ll place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two. Thanks for your understanding!
