ParkBluff condominiums in Plano offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their condo. There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many families and young professionals live in Plano. The public schools in Plano are highly rated.

Since Plano is so spread out, much like the rest of the state, traveling around the city is most easily accessible by vehicle. While cars may be the most popular option among residents, the transportation system in place in Plano is an awesome backup or option for those that choose to not own a car. 7 miles, a quick 12-minute ride to the Legacy business center.
8 miles, an easy 13-minute drive to the north Dallas business center.
22 miles, a 29-minute trip to downtown Dallas, 10 Miles to the Star in Frisco The Dallas Cowboys world headquarters.

Remember, this is someone’s home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care, as others have done before you.
If you encounter any issues, I’ll act promptly, though I’m not on-site 24/7.
For minor concerns, I’ll arrange maintenance after your departure, not during your stay.
Guests must be 25+ (kids with parents are welcome). Max 4 people; please provide an accurate count.
There’s a camera above the front door for safety. Please don’t touch it.
No early check-in or late checkout; a $50 charge applies per event.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for things like weather, power outages, or other uncontrollable events.
We’ve got you covered with some supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, coffee, and more. For longer stays, you might need to stock up.
