Our roomy home has 4 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds with a 4Ksmart TV as well.
Upstairs; secondary King size bed, full bath, and large recreation area equipped with foos ball table and 4K smart TV.
(We also have a couple twin size floor mattresses if needed)
Enjoy a comfy living room area with 4K Smart TV, which overlooks the fully stocked kitchen and bar seating.
Need more space? No problem; there’s another sitting area with comfy chairs where you can hang out or read book.
And yes, we do have a desk/workstation for your business needs. Also enjoy the fast WIFI, washer/dryer, covered patio with table/chairs/BBQ grill.
Available upon request and at additional price: Baby gear (high chairs, crib, stroller, toddler

Guest Rental Agreement
By booking this listing you, the Guest, agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement.
1.Again as stated multiple times in our profile… NO EVENTS OR PARTIES OR CEREMONIES OR “ GATHERINGS” on premises!
2.People other than those in the Guest party (added to the reservation) may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. The Homeowner has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) to 5 visitors. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever, including but not limited to the use of the kitchen and shower.
3.The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to premises.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use the appliances for their intended uses. Furniture is NOT to be moved around.
5.We allow children with the following stipulations:
a.Guests are responsible for any and all necessary ‘baby proofing’
b.Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6.The use of high speed broadband internet connection is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the internet provider company.
7.Two guest vehicles are allowed in the host driveway and one directly in front of the house by the driveway. Our neighbors shall not be inconvenienced by inappropriate parking. Any illegal parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.No pets are allowed at ant given time.
9.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
10.A landline phone is provided for EMERGENCY purposes! No pay-per-call calls are allowed and collect calls may NOT be accepted.
11.Toilet: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper!
12.Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the house.
13. Quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am
