With your safety in mind, you will enter this Houston Inner Loop villa retreat via a secure community gate and in through your private entrance to the home. You will be greeted by your first fully ensuite bedroom on the first floor.
On the 2nd level you will find a modern kitchen with a huge island to gather around and enjoy the meals you’ve made with the provided pots and pans. Are you a coffee afficionado? We got you…enjoy a delicious cup made with the keureg coffee machine that’s available for your use. Or you may opt for a selection of tea instead.
Off the living room, you will find a beautiful outdoor balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air or throw something quick on the grill. Just in case you need to do some work, we have created a fantastic work station in a quiet cove on the 2nd floor. Afterwards enjoy streaming content using your own account on the smart TV.
The main bedroom and 3rd bathroom are also ensuite and are located on the 3rd floor.
As a bonus, you will have access to a 4th floor which has a rooftop deck where you can enjoy the views and some much needed outdoor time.

Please treat this home as your own.
-NO SMOKING IN THE HOME.
Fine of $500 or more if there is evidence of this.
-Do not let anyone else in the house who is not on your authorized guest count. 8 person max with permission only.
-You may park in the garage or on street parking in front of the community. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE as this is a fire hazard to the community.
-No House parties
-Make sure refrigerator doors close fully and remove all of your food (in fridge or out of fridge) when checking out.
-Leave home as you found it. Load all used dishes in the dishwasher- DO NOT RUN THE DISHWASHER, we will do it
- Leave used beds unmade and dirty towels/linen on the bathroom floor
-Please place kitchen/house trash IN TRASH CANS IN THE GARAGE. Do not leave in house. If the trash cans are full, please set outside on ground next to them.
-Trash is on Tuesday and Friday mornings for long term stays. Make sure to wheel it out to street curb to get it picked up.
-Each floor is zoned with separate temperature controls. Do not put heat on if other floors are on AC. Do not put AC lower then 70. Return AC back to 74.
