Note: Refundable security fee’s ($500) must be submitted as a ‘rental fee’ after reservation is accepted. Fee is returned post check-out if no damage is found. If damage is found, pictures and repair cost will be sent to renter within 10 days. Renters should report all observed damage within 8 hours of checking in, to avoid liability. Pictures must be sent to establish extent of observed damage. Security fee increases to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets.
*Note: Security fee increases to $2,500 total if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy (60 days for preferred partners).
Check-In Policy:
Normal check-in is 4 p.m.
Early check-in is dependent on availability.
Late Check-Out Policy:
Check-out is 10 a.m. unless otherwise approved in writing.
There will be a $100 fine, upon late check-out, and the fine will increase by $100 each hour.
Disclosure: Exterior security cameras are on site.
Pet Policy:
Pets must be approved and disclosed upfront.
Pets carry additional $250 refundable deposit PER PET, and because we advertise high cleaning standards, traveler is responsible for non-refundable carpet/upholstery cleaning upon check-out (Average $250). Inquire for details.
ID Policy:
A copy of valid govt issued ID must be submitted before electronic access codes are issued.
Trash Care Policy:
All loose trash must be placed in garbage bag(s).
$250 fine applies if any loose trash is found inside a garbage bin/can.
