Guests have access to a private fenced backyard along with their own secure garage spot for two vehicles. Additional parking in the driveway for two more cars. NO STREET PARKING

If you’re staying with us for 30 days or more, we generally like to have a meet and greet so we can show you around your new temporary home. Otherwise, we let our guests have their privacy but we are always accessible and responsive. We live a few mins away and can take care most most things within 24 hours or sooner if anything ever comes up during your stay.

Some of my favorites include Asia Café, Stile Switch BBQ, House of Three Gorges Chinese Restaurant, Majaz Middle Eastern Cuisine, Chen’s Noodles (hand pulled!), Ebisu Japanese Restaurant, Kobe Steak House and MORE! It’s an easy drive into Austin, so it’s still a great place to stay if you’re in town for ACL (Austin City Limits) or even F1 Race, or SWSX. You won’t need to pay those hefty downtown prices. Our location is also not far from Lake Travis to rent a boat or picnic on the shores of Jones Brothers Park.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet, per stay & additional $75 for the second pet) Note PET FEE. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following:  ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of porch, exterior parking and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored.

All guests will fill out a renter’s agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation.
