Whether you’re wanting to explore Zilker Park, Barton Springs, the Domain or attending festivals like SXSW, Austin City Limits (ACL) or the Austin Food & Wine Festival, this location has excellent driving proximity to those events!

A large comfortable couch greets you as you walk in along with a bright and open space. This ultra cute duplex has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, new large capacity washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with basic spices, pots and pans etc. Microwave, dishwasher and full fridge. Small amenities include toaster, air fryer and tea kettle for a quick snack!

The dining area comfortably sits 4 people and we have a dedicated desk space with lamp.

Travel nurse individual and teams love this unit because it’s pet friendly and affordable! Travel nurses also love the location because it is close to so many area hospitals and located a short drive to the Domain where all the shopping and great restaurants are!

This is a duplex, however, no spaces are shared. Guests have access to a private fenced backyard along with their own secure garage spot for one vehicle. Additional parking in the driveway for one more car.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

(An additional $50 for the second pet) Note PET FEE. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.

Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of porch, exterior parking and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored.

All guests will fill out a renter’s agreement, pay a security deposit and upload ID to confirm the reservation.
