Preparing for your In-Person Property Inspection

The in-person audit is 4 hours long and should cover a 4-bedroom home. Any additional time will incur an additional service charge of $55/hr that will be charged back to the property manager/owner.

Please provide a 6-hour window for flexibility.

Please block out this date on any booking calendars for 24 hours.
Please note: Scheduling weekends and holidays will result in an additional $75 charge.

Here are some standard items you need at your property:

1. Ladder
2. Batteries for all items
3. Lightbulbs (spares)
4. Small step stool
5. Small toolkit
