Every home is pre-qualified through zoom meeting. In this meeting, we are interviewing hosts and looking at the properties to see if the home is a good fit for the Hestia brand.
Our professional host program is looking for the following:
1 – Our program only accepts experienced hosts, and we do not consider new hosts.
2 – Hestia homes are listed on Airbnb and other online platforms. To be eligible for the Hestia program, homes undergo a comprehensive evaluation based on their Airbnb reviews.

Upon acceptance into the professional host program, hosts will be provided a list of required amenities. Most host already the majority of the list as it will be discussed in the meeting but there may be upgrades needed in order to meet the Hestia brand standard.

In-person Inspection
The final step is a comprehensive 4 hour inspection of the home where the inspector will follow a 200+ point checklist to ensure that the home meets cleanliness & maintenance standards.
